Walkable bunker rolling doors for efficient and safe bunker operation

Bunker rolling doors consist of connected door segments that are guided laterally and can be opened and closed electromechanically. In the closed position, at least the lowest segment is in a horizontal position to the ground and is thus walkable, for example, for operating truck doors. Due to their structural design, the bunker rolling doors can only be backfilled to a limited extent.

Tilting Bridges

Controlled emptying combined with maximum safety

Hydraulically operated tilting bridges are used for opening and closing waste bunkers, into which both collection vehicles and private suppliers unload their waste. The delivery point is mechanically locked in a horizontal position, so that waste emptying occurs directly onto the tilting bridge. Once the vehicle has left the danger zone, the lock can be released and the tilting bridge can be tilted, allowing the waste to automatically enter the bunker. Due to their structural design, the bunker folding flaps are only limitedly backfillable.

Swing Gates

Bunker gates for backfilling with high tightness

The massive swing gate is hinged on one side to the bunker wall and closes the bunker opening in the manner of a door. The gate is opened and closed hydraulically or alternatively electromechanically. When closed, the locking mechanism in combination with the appropriate frame ensures a largely tight seal. This makes the gate suitable for backfilling.

Bunker Folding Flaps

Compact – Robust. – Walkable

Bunker folding flaps are space-saving, robust closure systems consisting of two connected gate segments that can be guided laterally and opened and closed electromechanically. In the closed position, the folding flap is walkable (e.g., for operating the truck doors). Due to their structural design, the bunker folding flaps are only limitedly backfillable.
