Ergonomic and efficient assembly / disassembly

The assembly or disassembly of a bogie is carried out in a space-saving manner in the smallest of spaces by the compactly built bogie assembly stand. The device generates the necessary preloads and features various assembly aids for the gearboxes and motors. Ergonomic work on the bogie and optimized accessibility are achieved through the stepless height adjustment.

The bogie assembly stand can be ideally placed in combination with the Bogie Test Stand NBT.

A must for every modern workshop

With 2 x 150 kN power, pre-tension or pre-condition spring elements for various bogie types for assembly. New rubber components can be ideally pre-conditioned by frequency force application before installation. The optional electromechanical spindle adjustment allows for even more efficient workflows.
