Efficiently compact and easily transfer waste

For the efficient transfer and transport of waste, paper, and cardboard, Nencki AG supplies complete compaction and transfer systems with containers, press containers, and matching transfer systems.

Compaction / Transfer Stations: To reduce individual waste transports to the central incineration plant, pre-staged compaction and transfer stations are used in the regional area. Locally collected waste is emptied there, compacted into containers, and thereby significantly reducing the volume. Several full containers are then transported collectively by truck or rail to the incineration plant.

The systems consist of:

• Compactors
• Hydraulically operated compactor presses with coupling devices for the containers
• Equipped with sliding walls for higher volumes
• Associated hydraulic units and electrical controls
• Cranes for container transfer

Containers: Containers suitable for the transfer stations for transport by rail or road, optimized according to customer needs.
