Our Core Competence

Rotary machining and the use of powered tools enable complete machining of workpieces in a few setups. This minimizes changeover times while simultaneously increasing productivity.

Workpiece lengths of up to 3,450 mm and diameters up to 610 mm (with steady rest 310 mm) are also possible. Whether single or series production, we procure the raw material according to your specifications upon request. With a framework agreement, components can be ordered on call at any time.

Workpieces with a length of up to 5,000 mm can be machined on multiple sides in just a few setups. Our machines are equipped with grid plates, division 50 mm / M16 thread. This flexible solution allows for a variety of clamping options. As a result, setup times are significantly reduced and productivity is increased. We are a specialized service provider for professional honing work. With state-of-the-art technology, we achieve bore tolerances from H7, in exceptional cases even H6, and achieve specific surface roughness, precisely according to your specifications. Honing improves the dimensional and shape accuracy of the inner surfaces as well as their tribological properties – for the maximum lifespan of your components.

Deep Hole Drilling

Deep hole drilling is executed by us with the highest precision. With our expertise, we process components up to two tons in weight and bore diameters from Ø 25 to Ø 170 mm as well as a length up to 3500 mm. Our specialty is drilling rotationally symmetrical components centrally using the counter-rotating drilling method.
