Springs play an important role in the behavior of bogies. By testing them, it is ensured that they meet the requirements for installation in bogies. Additionally, important data for assembly in bogies is provided. With our spring testing presses, the following properties of various springs can be tested:
- Measuring axial stiffness
- Lateral force and deflection
By testing used springs and reusing them, operating costs can be significantly reduced – Test instead of Replace.
NST 100E
for small to medium test loads
With 100 kN test force, springs for medium loads can be tested for use in all bogies. The ergonomic design allows for quick loading and unloading of the test stand. The Plug & Play concept enables rapid relocation of the system in any workshop environment.
