4-Way Straightening Press – Nencki Rail Straightening NRS-4

With the 4-Way Straightening Press NRS-4, align the rail distortion horizontally and vertically after the welding process. After the welding burrs have been removed with the rail grinding machine, the rail is transported to the straightening press. The rail connection is aligned by two hydraulic cylinders in horizontal and vertical directions.

Application area: all railway operations

Application for the following rail profiles: H: 125 - 205 mm / B: 125 - 150 mm
